Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What's the difference between your Basic and Detailed services for Home Cleaning?
A: Our BASIC cleaning package is a general cleaning and is only available if the house is close to "simple maintenance conditions". The basic cleaning does not include such things as: cleaning the ceiling fans, casing, molding, light switches, doors, walls, vacuuming blinds, carpet edging, or hand wipe all the pictures frames and knickknacks. Our DETAILED cleaning package is available to those who are very particular and they do not mind investing in the difference. An in home consultation and inspection can help you discover what is just right for your lifestyle and budget. For a more in depth or deep cleaning such as window washing, carpet cleaning, wall cleaning, refrigerator, and oven cleaning it is as simple as asking for the extra services because after all, you’re the boss.
Q: Who provides the cleaning equipment?
A: For all commercial, hoarding, move-outs, janitorial, and window cleaning we provide the equipment and supplies (except for janitorial). However, when it comes to interior home cleaning you have the option of using your own tools and supplies which is “Highly Recommended”. Because using your own vacuum and cleaning solutions is tailored to your home and prevents ‘cross contamination’. Most of our cleaning solutions are considered “Green” but sometimes commercial grade acidic cleaners must be used.
A: Not really. Residential window pane cleaning pricing begins at fifty cents (0.50) per pain. The average is around one dollar and fifty cents per pain (1.50). Ladder work, architectural windows, larger windows, and the degree of difficulty will increase pricing. Call for a free estimate.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! If you have your windows cleaned more than once per year you will receive a 20% discount on the second cleaning. If you give a successful referral you will receive a onetime applied 10% off from standard rates for each referral. Weekly home cleaning is handsomely discounted because the degree of difficulty is usually removed.
Q: Will pressure washing my home cause damage to my property?
A: Only if it is not done right. Pressure washing if done correctly is very hard and labor intensive. It is far more detailed than splashing on soapy water and then just rinsing. I have a detailed information sheet that we go over and you must sign before any work is performed. That way you know exactly what to expect. The results are fantastic!
